If you’re on the fence, just do it!

If I could go back in time I'd tell myself to not think twice about this. Investing in yourself is the best investment you can make. I never thought I'd make so much progress in a relatively short amount of time.

Coaching with Jeremy was life changing. This experience was so much more than I could have imagined, I went into this looking for help pulling myself out of a "funk" but I walked away with so much more. I've gained skills to improve my emotional intelligence, I built habits to maintain my personal growth, and I gained an understanding of how to seek happiness from within. The work we did to implement small changes have turned into significant growth - I gained an understanding of the ways my unhealthy habits were impacting me and I have dropped a habit that has held me back for over 10 years.

Before working with Jeremy I had lost inspiration. I woke up not looking forward to the day, I allowed negative emotions to control me and dictate my entire day, I lost my sense of self and became a person I didn't recognize. I didn't like my emotional reactions to challenging situations and I started to pull down the people around me.

Jeremy helped me to gain an understanding of my personal values, challenged me to think about my ideal life and who I wanted to be, and helped me set impactful goals. At the same time he helped me to realize a lot of what I wanted, I already had.

Jeremy taught me to prioritize things that brought out the best in me. He helped me progressively implement small changes to reach my goals, we worked to implement a morning routine, as well as incorporating journaling and meditation into my days. He challenged me to take 30-days away from my habit, which opened my eyes to all the ways I was being negatively impacted and helped me build tools to maintain the removal of this habit from my life.

Jeremy's understanding of Buddhist philosophy was really appealing to me. I had an understanding of mindfulness and had incorporated it into my life before we started working, but our conversations around the Dharma increased my understanding of how my mind works and deepened the importance and impact of meditation in my life. However, ultimately what brought me to Jeremy in the first place was his work around addiction. I wanted to remove an addiction from my life and felt confident he would be the person to help me finally do this.

Dropping my addiction was my number one priority and I'm thrilled I accomplished that. But the work we did went well beyond that, and really what I think I'm most thrilled with is my sense of happiness. I'm happy, genuinely happy and I hadn't really said that in a long time, beyond just moments of happiness. Jeremy helped me understand that happiness comes from within, I don't need external factors to dictate my happiness.

Since working with Jeremy, I've been able to do things I've been trying to do on my own for years without success. I've incorporated a morning routine, I wake up with a sense of purpose and excitement, I've found inspiration and happiness with where I am currently. I'm living in the present moment - I've stopped losing myself in thoughts of the past and ideas of the future. Most importantly, I broke free from my addiction, I gained understanding on the ways it has impacted me and built a convincing goal to keep me focused on maintaining the removal of this from my life. I've told myself for years that I need to stop, but could never do it on my own.

If you don’t hire Jeremy, you're missing out on so much potential. Jeremy helped me to reframe my thinking and understand what it means to be genuinely happy. In 3 months I became a person that I once felt would take a lifetime to become.

If you’re on the fence, just do it! If I could go back in time I'd tell myself to not think twice about this. Investing in yourself is the best investment you can make. I never thought I'd make so much progress in a relatively short amount of time. I wasn't sure what to expect going into this experience and I was hesitant myself, but I gained so much more than I could have ever imagined. I'm walking away from this experience with a whole new outlook on life and feel like I've become that person that I always wanted to be.

“Before I started working with Jeremy, I had a sense of what my stumbling blocks were and what I needed to do to get over and past them, but I could not actually do it. I would try, fail, eventually give up and forget about it, then realize that I needed to try again, try, fail, eventually give up and forget about it, over and over again. I wanted to change, I knew what I needed to do to change, but I couldn't actually do it. For an intelligent, high-performing individual, that was incredibly frustrating.

Jeremy created an environment in which there were no barriers to showing up, and no incentive or benefit for me to lie, pretend or hide. At that point, you've got two options: quit, or keep showing up and doing the work. And the thing about doing the work is, if you do the right things, the right way, for long enough, eventually it will work. And it did.

Thanks to Jeremy's guidance, I have a much better and deeper understanding of what's going on in me and around me. What I don't understand, I can figure out. I have the strategies and tools I need to move through hours, days, weeks, months and life itself without being delayed and derailed by distractions and addictions. I have a clear picture of who I want to be and what I want my life to be like, I know the things I need to do (and not do) to fulfill that vision, I'm actually and consistently doing them, and day by day my vision is becoming a reality.

Jeremy helped me eliminate "empty calories" from my day - low value things that suck up a ton of time, that temporarily fill a void in the short run, but in the long run deepen the void and become self-perpetuating and eventually self-defeating. He helped me find more hours in the day for myself and the things that really matter to me. I have reclaimed from addiction and distraction the equivalent of one to two full working days every week. So for the first time in 15 years, I have time at the beginning and end of the day for myself - time to sit and think, to journal, to stretch and exercise, to listen to music or pursue hobbies and interests, to do things that fill me up and make me feel good - but not at the expense of my professional and family commitments. I am more effective, efficient and productive at work, I am a better father to my children, AND I have more time for myself - all while getting 25% more sleep a night. I literally have more time - which is absolutely amazing when I think about it.

If you think you can change yourself and your life by trying harder, just one more time, and really focusing and committing to it this next time because you want it so bad, I wish you good luck and much success but chances are you will probably not succeed. If you've tried and failed, and find yourself stuck in the same habits and behavior patterns that are holding you back, there's a reason for that. You really want to make that change, no doubt, and you've tried before, so why haven't you? Because you can't do it alone. You need more wisdom, perspective, support, encouragement and accountability than you have or can give yourself. That's what Jeremy brings. He will support you without enabling you, encourage you without leading you on, push you without overwhelming you, and hold you accountable without judging you. He will not give you wisdom, but he will help you discover it, and you will probably find that his perspective on you is, especially in the short run, better than your own.”

“My energy is higher, my confidence is higher, and I’m getting shit done. I’m seeing more about my natural talents and abilities and how I can use them to create better career opportunities. I’m so grateful for being able to work with Jeremy.”

Shane Rabideau, Business Development Executive

"Before working with Jeremy my self-esteem and ability to self-regulate were thrown out of whack because I was too wrapped up in my work and professional identity. I was also making choices and falling into habits that weren't honoring my needs and boundaries. I had a desire and intention to make changes and grow, and choosing Jeremy as a coach helped me to stick with that intention and see it through to action.

I feel like I had someone in my corner who I could trust to hold space but also call me out on my bullshit. I felt seen and understood and that the coaching relationship was a container for growth and inner exploration. I'm a bit of a control freak, and this was also a good balance of self-led and guided journey.

After working with Jeremy I now I have better access to my feelings and reactions, and I have gotten better at speaking up for my own needs rather than constantly putting others ahead of myself. It still feels scary, but I'm pretty sure this is healthier. Hiring a good coach is making a commitment to yourself. It is an act of self-love, or a way of saying to yourself, "Hey, I've got you!" With Jeremy on your side, you will see that commitment to yourself honored. One of the scariest things to do is to choose yourself, be brave! With Jeremy, you're in good hands."

“Jeremy’s coaching is the most valuable thing I have in my life right now… It’s been so, so, so helpful and helps my mind a lot. I feel like I’m growing and evolving as a person and I’m so grateful. Every week he blows my mind."

ER Schmidt, Digital Marketing Consultant

“My experience working with Jeremy has been so much more than I thought it would be. I wasn’t truly sure what to expect, but going into this I was hoping that Jeremy would be able to give me the answers I was seeking. However, that’s not what my experience has been – he hasn’t really given me any answers and instead has guided me to find those answers from within.

Coaching fills a gap between awareness and action, which is exactly where I was stuck before I started working with Jeremy. I’ve been struggling with many of these thoughts and emotions for a long time, but Jeremy was able to see past the excuses and slowly help me implement change in a way that I could not have done on my own. I’m a huge fan of coaching!”

Chris H, Education Director

“I used to be very insecure and emotional. I had a negative tape that played in my mind constantly and I assumed people didn’t like me. But I can now look at the issue with more awareness & self-compassion, and not be pulled around by my emotions. I’m more gentle and forgiving of myself. I’ve been able to heal from many of my past hurts using Jeremy’s techniques and what I learned in our coaching sessions.”
